I love my Oak Cliff neighborhood and the interested people that I am proud to call my neighbors.
Woody is one of those people. He has been disabled for years, and after his parents both passed away, he has been on his own, trying to wade through all of the legal paperwork that no one but a lawyer would understand. He can't use his one arm and can't speak, but he can understand everything you say. I can't imagine how hard it must be to try and communicate with people when most don't have the patience to try and understand what you are trying to say.
A house flipper who is also allegedly a Lawyer and Broker is trying to take advantage of Woody and take the homes from him that his parents left to him. I am hoping that we can find a way to help Woody keep his homes and legacy that his parents left him - you can learn more here.
